The essential issue in tooth brushing is to remove food debris [items] hanging in between but also on your teeth.
The main motion is to roll the soft bristles from your gums onto your tongue. you do that section by section until you go round your mouth. a section may mean about 2-3 teeth at a time.
You need to do is systematically, that is in a specific order comfortable for you, so that you do not miss out any tooth.
You do the upper teeth from one corner to the other and then repeat the similar sequence in the lower teeth.
Doing this 2-3 times should have taken care of most of the bad guys. But you need to do it 2 times per day to think of a beauty contest.
A toothpaste is not compulsory, but it makes the whole idea enjoyable.

When you brush your teeth you go in circles around each tooth it helps if you have an electric toothbrush , so you should invest in a good one. It also helps your gums. And while you are brushing your teeth, you should sing happy birthday to yourself 2 times!
They should be white in 5 weeks. Make sure you floss.

I found the perfect site to show us all how to brush! And remember it should take about three minutes including flossing! If in a hurry when at work or away without your toothbrush, etc rinse, swish your mouth with water after your meal or snack!

use a circular motion not back and forth, brushing back and forth can actually damage the enamel of your teeth over time! make sure you use a soft bristle toothbrush.

The first thing you must do is knock on the front doors of at least 6 houses in your street and ask if you can borrow their telephone directories.
Take them home and stack them on top of each other in front of your bathroom sink.
Now stand on top and HEY!
you can reach the toothbrush now.
Easy huh?
