I wake up and my sac is smaller and compressed tightly feels good too. However by the end of the day they are lower and a noticeable difference. Is this normal? The doctor said it was from gravity and standing up all day but i dont buy that.

I've read the Mangosteen health experiences and stories which seem to give a lot of hope for improving health and well being. There's no input on which Mangosteen juice really works the best so I am not sure which brand to purchase. I wish there was a consumer report on Mangostee juice so any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated. If you have any health stories with mangosteen juice that you would like to share please do. Thanks!

How can 2 MD's, equal quals and experience, disagree on the value of Human Growth Hormone Therapy? Is it a question of lack of training, lack of post graduate study/reading? Lack of personal exposure? How can an ordinary individual make a determination about who is right and who is wrong (in this managed care environment and patient empowerment) , and how can an individual, who simply asks a physician, find himself subject to ridicule or even threat of discontinuation of care, and have to witness derogatory comments about so-called colleagues? And, how can some MD's deny the results of HGH even when "subjected" to documentation of positive results. And, finally, how can 1 or more MD's take the risk of a patients life when there is no personal evidence but rumour based on "coffee clatch conversation" , or legitimate papers of any negative side effects?

hello. i'm a 14 year old boy. for about the past 6months or so,i have had shins(right and left)that are tender to touch, and each shin has a small lump on it that is tender. the lump is not visible, but you can feel it. there is no shin pain while running or anything, just when i touch the mid-shin area it feels tender. what could it be? also, yesterday, in the middle of basketball practice, i noticed lower back pain. now today it is worse, espescially on the left lower back when i trie to bend over. what could this be? also, what should i do for both of these conditions? thnkyou.

Have you found that you are more prone to hypos in the cold weather?
I have not been diagnosed that long (about 5 months) so this is all new to me. I have good control most of the time but in the mornings I have been going hypo. I saw my doctor and she stopped my morning meds (Metformin 500ms) and told me just to take the evening dose. My levels settled nicely, then it got colder and suddenly i'm going hypo again! Yesterday I was standing waiting for a bus and felt a bit strange, I did a blood test and I was down to 3.4 mmol. Luckily I had some glucose tabs in my bag to remedy the hypo. Is this usual? Do I just need to increse my low GI carbs in the morning? Is there any other way to cope with it? Lots of questions!!!! lol
All help will be appreciated.
