a friend said if i would use a cigarette lighter to my tongue this will wrong will it?i need it unstuck

Warm up the ice-tray, get it off your toungue and then (if you're somewhere cold and you want to be REALLY dumb) go try something less portable... like say maybe a fence post or a flag pole...
NB: in the time it took to type this the tray should have warmed up enough to come off on it's own... How exactly did YOU type with an ice cube tray hanging off your tongue???

Warm up the ice tray. Put yourself in a warm area or next to a fireplace.
