Hi! I do not know what is going on and i need help. I am size 0-2 but I want to lose about 5 pounds so that size 0 always fits me. I have started working out about 2,5 hours per day and I eat a salad for launch and a salad with salmon for dinner. In between I may eat two or three fruits. I do not eat anything else. My salads are homemade and do not contain dressing or oil. The fruits I eat are apples, watermelon and grapes. But I can't lose weight! Instead my whole body is collapsing every day. My legs, back and stomach hurt more and more, yet I can't stop exercising because I will put on weight. What should I do?
