For years I feel like the back of my throat has something in it, but there's nothing there. Did an endoscopy, CT scans, allergy tests, ....nothing. I'm desperate. Thanks.

You could have a hiatal hernia, which has almost the same symptoms as GERD but often goes undiagnosed.

Just use some nasal steroids (Flonase, Nasonex....)..this is the number 1 condition that mimics GERD symptoms in the throat.. the other condition is allergy.. So start with nasl steroids, and lets see... it is probably due to a post nasal drip from a chronic rhinosinusitis.

It could also be gastritis
