I am looking for a bridal bootcamp in San Antonio and I have already done a yahoo and google search and was not successful. I found a weblink for a video and I gotta admit I suck at doing home video workouts. I need a place I can get up and go to with other brides. I am going shopping for my dress in one month and want to look great and get healthy. My wedding is in March. Does anyone know of one or how to found one here?

I don't need a support group like Jenny Craig. I am not that big. I'm 5'3" and have big boobs (38DD) and want to build upper body strength too, to maybe lose a little up top. I want to add a little muscle and tone down. I wear a size 9 and want to get down to about a 4 or 5. I have the nutrition and diet down its the motivation and exercise help I need.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. It boosts your metabolism and raises natural ephadrine, the hormone that burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition at Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon inside your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 per cent!

Chewing your food thoroughly will make digestion easier, but will allow your body time to recognise if it is actually full, thus preventing eating too much.
