Well I dont know how old you are, but being a size 0 is not healthy at all and maybe that's why your body reacting this way. Your body is telling you that you need add some weight. Even if you are a model, size 2 is what you need to be. If you continuously exercise and not get any protein or other vital nutrients needed for your routine and for your overall health, your body is just going to 'collapse' as you say. Look at the diet pyramid and take note of that. Those are the most important things that you need to eat and maintain a healthy diet, weight and mind. Hope all goes well. I just hope you are not an aneroxic either cuz that would be another different problem altogether now.

Basically you are not putting any calories into your body besides sugars (natural sugars from fruits and vegetables) and a small bit of protein. You need to ingest some fat. Also cutting out too many calories will slow down your metabolism which makes you not lose weight. You are starving your body and it is eating itself for the energy it needs.
Try this- I imagine your excising is mostly aerobic (running, biking, etc) Try anaerobic exercises (weightlifting) for 30 min. three times a week, and aerobic exercises twice a week for 30-60 min.
Do this because building muscle is important. Muscle weight more than fat, but it also burns more calories naturally and looks much sexier and slimmer per pound.
As far as diet, you need to eat at least 1200 calories a day if you don't want your body to eat itself. You will need much more calories if you are exercising a lot. Probably 1600-2000. Eat plenty of lean protein (fish, chicken) and include some unsaturated fat into your diet (nuts are a great example)
I know that it seems odd, but you are trying too hard. Follow what I've mentioned and you will have much more energy and be in better overall health plus look even better.

It of course works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it may scare the residing daylights out of me by using volume that i could lose. So thank you returned for the help. i've got not offered something like this in the past because of the fact they're in many cases full of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. get began as we communicate!

1st of all, it's horrible that you even think you're overweight. For goodness sakes, you're a zero. Don't you see that you're body's telling you enough; you're just fine the way you are. There are people on this site that have asked if it was ok to end their lives and you ask how can you loose more weight than you already did? You seem to have so much energy, now you just need to find something to use it on. Try karate or something like that. You won't gain weight by doing that and you'll learn more about your body and how you can just let go a little. Take it one step at a time.

you do not need to lose weight. You are hurting your body. If u are collapsing your body is trying to tell you something is wrong.
Its normal to wear 2 diff sizes of pants. Some makers use a diff size chart so a 0 in one brand is the same size as a 2 in another its normal.

Sounds like you might not be eating ENOUGH! Believe it or not, when you don't eat enough your metabolism slows down causing you to keep the weight on longer. Try having 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones and see if that works. Good luck!

You don't need to lose weight, you need to see a doctor and be evaluated for an eating disorder. You can seriously hurt yourself if you continue the way you're going. Just concentrate on being healthy, and don't worry about what size you are.

Any one who wears a size 2 cannot possibly be fat. How tall are you? Your body is giving out on you because it does not have enough fat to sustain normal functions. I will asume that you are a girl. Are you still having your periods? You really need to talk to an adult or doctor about this. It sounds like you are bordering on being anorexic!

Get real, your body is screaming for nourishment. Very few people are supposed to be a size 0!!!! You need more protien, and fat and complex carbohydrates or your body will rebel even more and your organs will start shutting down.
