i dont consider my self a alcoholic, but go out most weekends and end up getting sily drunk. to the stage where i black out, and have no idea what i'm doing, so just wondering is there any tips, to help me get over drinking. i have tryed, but when i go out always crave a beer, and end up getting one, which leads to more and then leads to my black outs. please help

I'm just curious if anyone is similar to me. I don't expect to find an answer, exactly.
Since I can remember, I've wanted to be non existent. Not dead. There is a difference. I don't have an active wish to die, just not any real desire for life.
I have no desire like most people for a family, a boy friend, sex, children, friends, etc...
No matter what I am doing, I always feel bored. Technically I have bipolar disorder and I take meds, but this underlying theme has been with me all my life. I do not believe in God and I don't get pleasure from anything. I've been to doctors, read books, done everything. Sports, TV shows, movies, owning things.... none of it interests me. The older I get, the more bored and apathetic. I spent most of my time sleeping. Intellectually I have interests, such as semiotics, but if I found out I was dying of a terminal disease, for instance, I wouldn't really care.

I'm not technically depressed right now, or if I am it is exogenous. Theories? Thank you.

I had a molar break off about 5 months ago. I have had non stop pain for almost a week now. I ended up in the er, and they put me on antibiodics. Told me to take advil for pain. That doesn't work. 1500-2000mg of tylonal and 800mg of advil don't kill pain. I have about 2 more weeks before I can even get a dentist to look at my mouth. What is there over the counter, that will kill the pain of the exposed nerve. I have no insurance and no real source of income. Can anyone help or offer any suggestions?

about a wek ago my teech started hurting when ever i brushed them but only when i brushthem. i switched to a softer brush and they still hgurt. a few days ago i looked at my teeth and my right canine has almost ni gum on it and now i just looked and the top right gums see to be a light almost white color and is a part almost a blood red color? i have a destist spt in about a month but what could be wrong?

When i was a bit younger I smoked for numerous years.
I was addicted and I was ignorant to the fact that social
pressure contributed to it.

My first attempt was weak at best. I quit for a few days
or a week, I cant remember and went right back to it.
It was pretty pathetic how weak willed i was.

However I told myself NO, you are not going
to be a sissy about this. And you know what?
Second attempt I DID it. It was no Miracle
no, cause for celebration. It was simple.
Stop making excuses.Yes i was addicted,
withdrawls suck really bad...so what?? The flu sucks
bad too but we all get over it.

People who try and try and fail over and
over again dont really want to in all honestly.
I have several friends who are ex smokers
and we all share the same story. Once
we decided to be serious we did it.

And you know how my "smoker" Friends
greeted me with this? They ridiculed me!
Made fun of me! Tried to get me to smoke!
So i said goodbye to them. They didnt
respect me and my choice.

Weak.

My wife delivered a baby through a ceasarian operation last January 2006. I thought her scar is healed, but lately, a small boil appeared to her scar. It has a size of 3mm dia. and appeared to be swollen. We visit her obstetrician and prescribed us the ointment. It healed. Afterwards, another one appeared to the other side.Does it mean that the operation not totally healed ? Im worried.
