Perhaps you don't get enough sleep or maybe the sleep that you do get isn't very good quality. Lots of people have been helped to get quality sleep using a memory foam mattress because it makes the bed so much more comfortable. Take a look at some of the articles here: http://www.thememoryfoammattress.com
If your condition persists then you should see a doctor.

well that is the question, my fella is the exact same!
do you work? is there anything bothering you.
the heat makes everyone tired. my man could come in from work sleep all evening and still get up exhausted i just think he is one of those people who really loves his sleep.
go to doctor get your bloods done and check your iron levels in mean time get yourself a good vitamin and energy drinks.
exercise always gives u energy, try donig some for a month and see how it does. i have a 7 month old son ther nites i mitent get a good sleep but if i go for a walk i always feel so much better,
good luck

There are a lot of reasons for fatigue.Have you ever been to see your G.P about it.No one can point out the cause unless you have been thoroughly examined by the G.P. I would advise that you do it sooner than later before there are any complications to your health.

heat, dehydration, not much fluid, drink lots of water, lots of fresh juices and dilute them in half water or 1/3 water to 2 parts juice fo rmore fluid intake and coffe and tea dont count as fluid coz they dehydrate not hydrate and keep cool and coz u prob wrking too hard, or sugar levels low so go to gp for test i.e. could be diabetic or blood pressure or sumething or could be low iron in body coz if ur aneamic, u feel like dizzy and stuff and tired forever and ever.erm...u might not be getting nutrients frm ur food (it happened to me) and u eat and its staright through ya sorry but had to mention it. if u gt diarrohea (sorry again) then ur losing body salts neccesaru to keep going in this heat so have diralyte salts in water or juice (u get it frm chemist to replace body salts in times of dehydration or diarrohea).hope it all helps. does it happen just in summer and in heat or even in winter? u on any tablets like anti'depresants? side effects frm tabs if ur on any.
