its just when the bone, you tibea is being jabbed into your foot from running
it is the muscles contracting that adds to the pain.... thats all
if u dont jog then it is from doing strenuous things like carrieing something heavy or maybe even walking up too many stairs

what do they bounce around all day on their face? i always thought it was shinsplint..Ive had problems with it since i busted up my lower legs at 13..hasn't disabled me much though..i've run a fair bit
