I can't seem to find this info anywhere! If anyone out there knows the calorie and fat content of these cookies, I would really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!!!

I'm not sure that what I'm experiencing is in fact a muscle spasm, when I wasyounger (13, I'm 21 now) I went to an emergency room and was told that's what it was. But you know how ER doctors can be..(crappy)

Periodically I will have an intense pain in what i consider my 'upper back', directly behind my breasts. Sometimes it feels like it starts on my back and resonates through my chest.

My boyfriend has rubbed it when it happened, and remarked that my muscles felt extremely tight, and he could feel them moving.

I'm wondering if there's any sort of home treatment I can do because I don't have insurance, or a way to pay for physical therapy or a good chiropractor.

I don't know if this matters but I'm very busty (DDD), and I have wondered if maybe I'm just not wearing a bra that's supportive enough, because the spasms are always located directly behind my breasts.

I also work in retail and I'm constantly on my feet. The pain is intense, but it doesn't last very long.

it must be terrible for those who have it, but is it genetic or a typeof mental illness what? my step-son has a mild form, and I would like to understand they why's and how's of it so I could be more tollerant

Why is it important to stop smoking if you want to lose some weight? I understand that smoking is unhealthy for your lungs and throat and stuff, but how does it affect weight loss? Any time I try to stop I start gaining weight rather than losing it, even though I don't eat any more than I usually do.

Sounds silly but feel like I can't live without it. I have bottles all over the house, panic if I find myself without it. Can't sleep longer than an hour or so before I wake up to take more. I'm a nose breather and tend to choke in my sleep rather than open my mouth to breathe. Have allergies now, presumably to the spray, sneeze lots. Been taking them for about 10 years, now it's worse than ever, using about every hour or less, everyday. The thought of 'cold turkey' makes me cold, I can't imagine how awful that would be, not being able to breathe through my nose and the stuffyness is unbearable. I need to get off this stuff and I've no idea where to start. GP's referring me to E,N&T unit but this is NHS, months before I even get on the waiting list? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Ok, get this-- my dad and I made a bet.
He said that if I make it to 165 pounds before he does, then HE WILL BUY ME A BRAND NEW 2006 TOYOTA SCION. That's a car, in case you're wondering.
I weigh 178 right now. Believe it or not, he weighs 178, too.

Heyy everyone! My boyfriend is coming over tommorow & he told me his back REALLY hurts from chopping wood from yesterday and today, so ... i want to take care of him when he comes over and NO NOT LIKE THAT HAHA, actually we are going to watch the movie Life and Armageddon. I went twice to my dentist and he glued it back with no extra charge...last night my crown fell off again while I was eating....what a night mare!
I am thinking not to go back to the same dentist to place my crown back...because maybe he does not carry a quality tooth glue...
should I go to a different dentist? I saw some tooth glue in the pharmacy but I really hesitate to do it on my own. what should I do?

I remember seeing a study awhile back that indicated they were not safe because it was telling your brain that you were cooler than your body actually was and you wouldn't sweat as much as needed, resulting in heat stroke. I've searched the Web, can't find a thing on it now.
