Try "Creatine" and "Whey Protein", these are not pills the are powders.
The creatine will make you gain 5-10 pounds in a week or two, it is not real muscle, but it looks and feels like real muscle, it is stored in your muscle tissues, and it absorbs water into them, making your muscles look fuller and feel fuller, and can increase your strength and reps a little too, take it with carbohydrates, to make your insulin drive it into your muscles. Try it, it works.
Whey protein, can build real muscle, if you take 4-5 servings a day (100-125gms) with added protein from lean meats, milk and eggs.

You're better off without the pills. It's a gimmick, and besides do you want to take those the rest of your life? It isn't realistic. Just eat good meals, and you'll be fine.
Don't believe what you hear about protein either, you get enough in your diet if you're eating normally. Your muscles don't need that much for fuel.

I think there are protein-pills you can take; they're supposed to help you gain mass that you can turn into muscles by working out.
