issues
1.) extremely heartbroken going on 6 months. Ist love ended badly, can't stop thinking about her and the good moments. Maybe just recently finaly gave up hope of reconcilation.(she has had no contact w/me in all this time.
2.) went ahead with a 4 months notice to quit my job which happened 2 day's after final break w/ex. Started new business in this emotinal trauma. The business is pretty much over and I need to find something else, as in career- which would be challanging under any conditions but in my state now- I'm having a very hard time.
3.) in debt for the first time- and things are getting worse.

I know I need to get busy but am feeling paralyzed w/ no relief. I get a little relief w/exercise but am so drained most of the time it's really hard to get going. I'm at the point were I avoid social sitations and the inevitable 'how are you doing?' as I am to real to BS my way out of those situations. Also I know I'm a big bummer right now.
Plz don't suggest meds. Thx

My sis has serious cramping and bloating at her time of the month.
She swears nothing works for her, and is driving me crazy!!
Has anyone tried this midol menstrual pill? If yes, does it really help with the cramping and bloating?
Thanks for any suggestions or advice.

I had stopped taking them since I was so fatigued. When I started taking them last fall I felt great then gradually got more and more tired on them or so I thought. i stopped taking them 3 weeks ago, still tired though. Could it be that I need them but at a higher dose?

and the intense water spraying method that I feel is used out of laziness and does not do as good a job. The dentist told me it does a BETTER job, so I would appreciate the real scoop from those who aren't taking the easy way out. I want to know which is the most through, etc. And what the pros and cons are-thanks

When I was ill sometime ago, my doctor asked me to take a Vitamin pill everyday. But then even after I'd recovered, I noticed that continuing the pills keeps me energetic all the day and I can keep on working for longer hours than I could earlier. But today one of my friend tells me that it affects the kidneys and suggests me to stop taking it immediately. Do you feel the same way? What should I do?

solving hunger should be easy. the places that have famine are usually poor landlocked desert countrys. so how bout we bring the water to them with irragation systems much like we use on farms in america and a system of canals throughout africa

My dad was diagnosed with stomach cancer in El Salvador, Central America (where we live) but we want and need another opinion, from international doctors that offer us a good treatment and diagnosis. We want to know which are the best stomach cancer centers in California and Florida, so we can go there as soon as posible. Thank you very much.

The inner part of my right eye is constantly red and a little itchy but there's no puss or discharge or anything. It's been red for about a week. I had pink eye when I was younger but I remember there being a lot of puss and crusties and stuff. I don't believe I have allergies. I have no health insurance and can't really afford to go to the doctor, especially if it's something that will clear up on it's own or something I can get over the counter to fix. Thanks for your help.

On my front, top tooth, the one to the left of the front too (my left) has a cavity in the top of this tooth right by the gumline. It's just like a small pinhole, but a small area of the enamel around it looks different, like whiter than the rest of the tooth.

I went through a period of depression a year or so ago, and didn't care for my teeth properly, and haven't been to the dentist in a couple of years either.
But for the past 3 months or so, I've been brushing alteast 4 times a day, and now the majority of my teeth are white whereas they were yellow.

I'm terrified to go to the dentist, (and don't currently have one), but I'll just have to go.

I'm just wondering how this would be filled. Obviously the procedure would be different from filling a molar, and I'm not going to want a black dot on the front of my tooth. Also, I assume the tooth wouldn't be smooth after this either.

Would the procedure hurt much, as it's right next to the gumline?

Thanks in advance.

I am currently looking into a new form of birth control. I smoke (plan on quitting by the end of summer) so I don't want to take the pill. I looked into IUD, way to expensive and my insurance will not cover it. Any other suggestions?
