My sis has serious cramping and bloating at her time of the month.
She swears nothing works for her, and is driving me crazy!!
Has anyone tried this midol menstrual pill? If yes, does it really help with the cramping and bloating?
Thanks for any suggestions or advice.

midol works wonders trust me. Ibuprofen never helped even close to what midol could. Get Midol asap. It will help tremendously!

For the cramping, I have not tried the midol menstrual pill, but I do use Aleve arthritis for my back, hip and knees, it also works for my cramping each period. For the bloating, maybe she needs to exercise a little or just walk around more. Maybe the Aleve arthritis will help with the bloating because it is an anti-inflammatory also. Her uterus may be swelling a little during her period. The anti-inflammatory will reduce the swelling. I hope this helps.

Yes, Midol does what it says it will. Otherwise, load up with a couple of Ibuprofen and a heating pad.
