I won't tell you to stop eating, but only to make better choices. This can be very difficult when you're under so much stress, but if you're dedicated you can do it. I'm a vegetarian and soon to be raw foodist. Ever since I stop eating meat I've been losing the weight like that. I don't really get hungry because I keep myself active. I don't just mean sports or exercise either. I just plan my day, and keep myself busy. If I were you I would at least jog in the morning even if only for a mile, (not treadmill). Eat 3 leaves of kale, a banana, grapes, a hand full of spinach, and blue berries for breakfast. I take Spirulina three times a day. Spirulina is not a dieting pill. It's a blue-green algae that supplies your body with every thing it needs. It's also known as the nearly perfect food of the future. Drink lots of clean water ( not tap). Just do this everyday, and you should be fine. When I get hungry I munch on a mixture of dried goji berries, pine nuts, and cacao. I sometimes sweeten it with raw honey. I’m not telling you, you have to do this, but I think it would help. I hope I have helped you.

This is what worked for me. My Dr. recommened The Medifast Diet. It is Soy Protein. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism. A good way to lose weight is the jumping rope, the one boxers use, that combined with some abs workout can do wonders.

Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. This program works to remove the toxins in the body that are stored in the fat cells. You cannot get rid of the fat cells unless you get rid of the toxins. We get toxins from pesticides, preservatives, fast food additives, chemicals, pollution, smoke etc… This was my first experience with cleansing and it worked wonderful! naturally- eat smaller portions of healthier, yet not rabbit, food. only eat 3 meals a day and say no to any snacks in between. and exercise that makes u outta breath for an hour a day.

Try eating smaller helpings. Try buying the boost drinks and having them for your breakfast and lunch and eat a sensible dinner. We all like to eat so try your best. He will love you no matter what.

when i visit my friend she's always using a nonfat energy drink it burns fat not really burn like fire she offered me some it taste good but it smells awful that's why i hold my nose when i drink it
