In the past ten years my mom has become a major snorer. I'm wondering if this means I will too, or if genetics has nothing to do with it.

I've been bipolar all my life and was diagnose about 2-1/2 yrs ago. Like many bipolars, I've done my fair share of medication juggling. I think I'm now settled in a regimen.

My question is geared toward still feeling symptoms while I'm supposedly getting enough lithium and my other meds. Often times when I feel myself going manic my primary symptom (an increase sensory sensitivity - amplified sight, sound, smell, etc) skyrockets. My other symptoms are more or less dulled, but this one really stands out.

Does anyone else get this, and what do you do?

Everytime I go to his house, he always ends up taking a shower, and comes out only wearing a towel, which always drops so he can flash me. He always makes comments about having sex with me. But he says he is extremely homophobic, I don't understand his actions.

When's the last time you blew bubbles, or made and played with a rubber band ball? Can you remember the last time you had a squirt gun fight, or better yet, a water balloon fight?

I started to make a rubber band ball this am, while watching the morning news and it's fun and good exercise for my fingers and I can't wait to get it big and take it out back on the patio and see how high it bounces.

What do you do for play to de-stress and feel like kid again? Even it's just a few minutes a day.
