It is likely that whichever organisation you contact, they will charge a small fee for the information they have spent money on in order to compile and store such information. Few things are free in this world.
Try the American Medical Association and ask them your question once they've told you that member information is privelidged only to members of the medical industry and otherwise held in confidence.
