Mine can last up to sixteen days and all my physician could do was say deal with it I have twice the amount of sinus problems a normal person has.

Depends on the severity of the migraine and what you're doing to either treat or worsen it. If you don't mind the signs, a migraine can last from minutes to hours. When you feel one coming on, take pain relief immediately. You will feel better than just trying to let it pass.

Migraines can last from a few hours to 3 days. Mine last 3 days...not fun! I used to get them every two weeks but now get one only every few months...thank goodness!

Sometimes they last for days. For me, it's a minimum of 24 hours.
