Jeet Kune Do, its not really a martial art, its more like training your body and mind to be aware of your surroundings, and instead of a bunch of complicated moves, just hit them before they can hit you. Look for Bruce Lee's book on it

Gung fu, it focuses on using motion so create and alter balance. Its pretty cool, you really should check it out.
