We just bought an old dollhouse and would like to re-paint, wallpaper and carpet. Also, we need some new furniture. Anyone know of stores that sell the supplies near Madison, WI?

So I made this jean purse out of a pair of capris that ripped in the butt (how emmbarrasing? But nobody saw thankfully).

I already added some buttons, but what else should I add? What about a belt? Some beads? Appliques? Please help with you creative ideas!!!

BTW: On the back pockets are some silver studs that kind of form a V.

Prince Philip is on his horse and then there is a tree next to him and on the other side of the tree is Aurora dancing with her friend the owl in a snowglobe. It is on a large wooden base with a gold plaque that says Sleeping Beauty.

I have been using Modge Podge, but I'm not liking what it does in the long run...I have heard that you can use Future Floor wax or Varathane Diamond Water Based Polyurethane...but I haven't tried either of those yet...do they work...will they get sticky or gummy over time.

I was thinking about buying these and using them on test tiles.

when I mean credibility I mean several things
1) accuracy of their grading
2) reputation in the industry
3) their coins sell for more than same grade coins from another service
4) how they conduct themselves, and if they make money by grading and selling or not. Honestly a grading service should only make money via grading.

It's been a long time since I've worked with US coins, and at that time there was only PCGS ANACS, and NGC, but now there are many out there. I am not familiar with all the new services.
The SEGS coins seem very overgraded to me, It's like people send to them because of that reason. And people are supposed to believe it is VF because they said it was, when it's really a VG or F.

thanks

I want to knit something for a friend, I would like a His/Her towel pattern or anything that could be unique for a wedding present, doesn't necessarily have to say His/Her.

Thanks!

I wanted to make something for my cousins that can be easily done. I've got sequins, beads and laces, but don't really know what to do with them. Can anyone suggest websites where I can see how to sew nice frocks, etc. for them and design them? Or even your own ideas would help. Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for companies which sell cold enamel (ie. the one that has a binder and sets without a kiln) within the UK (preferably online!).

Thanks!

Hi folks. I'm very interested in tricks where a number is forced upon someone. A good example of this is with Derren Brown (the clip is on youtube). He gets three people to think of numbers and another to tot them up. he touches nothing and when sumed up it equals the date. just how you does this baffles me. He does a similar one where they all say numbers and he even has the nerve to say "subtract 3 from the number you've thought of" before she's even said it. Then goes on to correctly predict 121. even if he switched and palmed a different list of numbers, they said them out loud plus he doesnt touch it. Derren can't be the only person in the world to know this. I'm not interested in the stooges theory, and I dont think he's influencing them subconciencly or if he is I've never been given anysort of explaination the bloke doesnt need to... its trickery and showmanship! Also I'm interested in anyother mind reading tricks... all are welcome no matter how daft you may think they are.
