Has anyone seen this snowglobe before and know what company made it?

Prince Philip is on his horse and then there is a tree next to him and on the other side of the tree is Aurora dancing with her friend the owl in a snowglobe. It is on a large wooden base with a gold plaque that says Sleeping Beauty.

That's the Briar Rose Snowglobe.

It was actuallly made for Disney but I am not sure of the manufacturer.
