My boss might invest in an expensive embroidery machine. He wants me to use it at work. I have never used one before, but I do know how to sew. Do you need to take a course to learn it, or is it easy to learn yourself? Thanks!

I just bought some of that tape glue by Scotch. I used it all up by the time I was done with 2 pages! (even before that!) Either I'm using too much or that stuff is crazy expensive if I'm going to have to buy it all the time. It was recommended for me to use & I like it because it's handy, clean & easy. What do you use? Anything you just love?? I want quality & quantity!

I've done spring cleaning early. I've got almost a whole garage full of stuff out of the house. My sister had just moved out and she said i could do what i wanted with it. Some stuff still has tags on it. While others are over ten years old, but still look like new.

Is there any websites you recommend? I want one that does not charge too much for posting items, and maybe that lets you post your own pics! Thank you, please help!

I have been commissioned to make a cross-stitch piece, frame and all, for the first time. I'm not sure how much to charge for the finished product. I know to charge for supplies, but then is the 'going rate' for the time I spend completing it? Thanks for the help.

I know this is an odd question, but if I was to paint a little glass votive and light a tea light candle inside of it, will the acrylic paint smear or catch fire? I'd rather not try it out to find out, but I'd really like to know. Thanks in advance.

it's so cold and rainy to play outside!! my 3 year old is sitting in front of the tube.... yesterday we made paper plate maracas, but he's sort of bored of that.... so am i.

we both love art,but i'm totally stuck on what to do.

something that has easy clean up too!!

I am going to Cuba & LOVE to scrapbook. I want one that is elegant, modern, and sophisticated. I DO NOT want the crappy scrapbook kits where the stickers have white around them, and are all cartoon like. I have seen a lot of nice ones so far but nothing that's "got" me yet... Any sites? It is a silver coin, on the front, it says heads and has a naked woman, front view. On the back, it says tails, back view of the woman. There is nothing else on the coin.
