I'm trying to figure out what makes this tasty and quick dish so incredibly fattening. I wondered if maybe it had to do with all the oil and salt in the seasoning. I could be completely wrong, but eh, I figured I'd ask anyways.

The thing is I never really use the seasoning packet, maybe a little sprinkle into the drained noodles for a hint of flavor. So I'm wondering how that changes the fat and calorie content. Anyone's help or insight would be greatly appreciated. :D

Croutons are bomb, right?

Not too fatty. Great taste. Great crunch. Almost like Melba Toasts.

So I want to enjoy life as a teen and eat a pop tart every once in a while but I want to be healthy and I'm afraid that by indulging, I'll ruin my healthy habits.
