Yes i have had sun dried basically buffalo jerky, that has been stewed. It smells nasty and tastes worse than it smells. Eugh!

Yeah. It wasn't that great. Very dry and Gamey. Buffalo burger is passable, but its still dry. I don't know what they did to get rid of the off taste. I suggest stews if you got some buffalo meat.

I had a taste of buffalo burger about a month ago at a restaurant, it costs much more than the standard burger, I guess because the meat is much leaner. I wasn't impressed though, it was ok....just, ok.

I have in the past. I didn't prepare it, however, I ate Buffalo burgers when I visited South Dakota.
They were delish!

It's super lean and a bit gamey in flavor I really didn't like it.

it tends to be a lean meat, plus it has a gamey taste, i usually marinate it in red wine for a day or two then cook it like a roast.
