There are many kinds of trail mix. Some are yummy and some are c... Oh well. Anyway there are few kinds of sunflower seeds. I personally like variety.

I would go with Trail mix! It's so yummy with it's mixture of things! I like the type of Trail mixes where they have the M&M's in it! I usually pick those out first, yes i'm guilty! ^__^

Most definitely sunflower seeds. Just pulling them out of a shell is a joy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
