my water bottle has allready been drank from but it went ito the frezer and then came out and went into the fridge on the back it said that it expired but did it is it still good when I tasted it it tasted fine but I dont know because it has been open for 3 months and it is in a bottle

I been wondering this for a while. Ofen I come across fruit juice drinks that say "made with real fruit juice" or "made with so and so percent of fruit juice" and yet on the nutrition part, it indicates the drink has no vitamines or anything. To me it seems weird that if it was made with real fruit juice, shouldn't it have a little bit of vitamine in it?

After I sucessfully make the 1st one, the others turn to crap. They will stick to the pan and burn really quickly.

How high should I turn the oven? (I turn it all the way to High)

How often should I spay the pan with cooking spray? (I spray it before I start the 1st pancakes, thats it)

How long should I keep the pancakes to cook on each side?( I wait until the 1st side starts to bubble on the outter edge.)

Im chinese, so for every night i eat chinese food. Like rice + side dishes.
