blackberries are very high in fiber
beans (like refried beans, black beans are great!)
all bran cereal
fruits and veggies have fiber but some more than others, peas are good, sweet potatoes and pumpkin too!!! Potatoes are good (organic is best)
as you take in more fiber be sure and drink more water or the fiber will act as a stopper! Water is needed to make the fiber flush you out!

I just ate an artichoke and WOW! I looked it up and its LOADED with fiber. I boiled it for about 45 mins and dipped the leaves in melted salted butter. It was sooooo delicious!

Whole grains - always high in fiber.. so whole grain cereals, w.g. breads, w.g.pastas...

Fruits and vegetables that you eat the skin of... Apples, squash, potatoes...

Fresh veggies: Celery, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, asparagus, lettuce, spinach....
