Absolutey not! My mom is a life long coffee drinker and is 5'9', Dad was over 6 ' and a coffee drinker. Both of my nephews drank coffee with Gramma and Grampa from about the age of 6, (they thought they were cool) and one is 6'9" and the "short one" is 6'7".
Genetics and extremely difficient diet has more to do with being short than caffine.
