We have employees who are selling products (sodas, chips, candy) from their working areas. How should we revise our current "solicitation" policy to address these illegal stores?

Does anyone else spend the day after a nite out getting sick? I don't drink that much but when I do the next day is a nightmare, normally I would get sick untill about 6 in the evening. I do enjoy a drink and would like to be able to do it more, so if anyone is like me have they found a way to drink without getting sick or do I have to give up drinking for ever?
