Gimme some suggestions... I have always sworn by bread chopped up and soaked in chicken soup!

Make sure you have something to eat before you go to bed..like pizza or a burger..something bad like that..helps soak up the alcohol and you dont feel as bad the next morning!

that alka-selter hangover stuff works pretty well..I just usually drink alot of water and take an alleve or 2 ibuprofen before bed. My hubby tried the pill/supplement (that I can't remember the name of right now) and it worked but it's a pain because you have to remember to take it like every hour or something while you're drinking.

First of all don't drink, but if you must...eat something before you drink. Another you can drink cactus-max mixed with your favorite drink. Cactus is good to avoid hangover because reduces the alcohol in your system.

Lots of water when you are out lots of water to before you go to bed. Bacon sandwich in the morning, keep of the tea & coffee,drink juice

i have found if i drink lots of water before i go to sleep i feel great in the morning .... but then i have to have a nice big greasy burger for breaky and then i go on with my day!!!! Have a good one ....:)
