2. Set the timer for 10 minutes before your alarm goes off.
3. Alarm goes off - and coffee is ready.

First set the time. When you plug it in just press hour and minute until its on the right time. Next, press the program button. Press the hour and minute buttons until its set at the time you want. Prepare the filter, coffee, and pour the water in. Walah!
