My manual juicer is a glass dish that has a cone thing in the center of it, enough of a dish to catch the juice, and a little pouring spout. I just use a tea strainer to get rid of the seeds. I picked it up at a yard sale for $1. They're only maybe $5 at Wal-Mart.

There's a cylinder-shaped plastic juicer that screws into citrus fruit and you can sort of suck on it like a pipe to get the juice out. You can get more juice out by using a plastic juicer like this though. http://www.vivalavintage.com/store/product-images/AQUAplasticJUICER.jpg
You have to cut the fruit in half and grind it against ridged knob.

Here's what a reamer looks like:

You'd cut the fruit in half (with the "nub" on the top, then cut horizontally -- you want all the individual segments to be exposed). I would suggest juicing it over a strainer so that you don't get any of the pips in the juice.

First cut fruit in half and scoop out meat and then place sections in blender with a tsp of surgar and cover with water and blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes-if you prefer to not use sugar a little non surgar additive works just as well.

Manual juicer is the best thing in my opinion. Eg:the ones people use for their kids to make a lemonade stand. Hope that'll help. Or you can just slice it in half and squeeze.

There is a straw looking thing that you rotate in the fruit first and then drink as if the fruit is a container. I wish I could remember what it was called.

How about a reamer? You just ram it into the half and twist. Or a stainer over a large cup or bowl if you have a lot to do.
