I have been eating them for months w/ no problems but someone just told me that they should not be eaten raw. He specified that they should not be eaten while harvesting. So I am wondering if out of the garden raw is the same as raw in the health food store?

Has anyone ever eaten a burger in the stupid way that they do in McDonalds adverts - two big hands wrapped round it, pretending to take a H-U-G-E bite out of it and chewing for what seems like 10 minutes on the smallest morsel of food known to man.

What is the obsession of salt and pepper? Is it really a flavor requirement, a must have flavor on all foods or is it a creature of habbit because its just there and you really don't need it? Is there a salt and pepper conspiracy to force you to buy it?
