Well, I don't do donuts, but the coffee correlation is obvious.... Ham and coffee? Ahhh, just exactly where did you come up with that combo? I suppose if you've had a few tokes of something illegal, munchies set in, nothing around but coffee and ham? No, I don't think so.

Sure. You can have a coffee just for the coffee. If you don't like plain coffee, go to a Starbucks or other coffee shop and try ordering one of their mixed coffee drinks. It's like having coffee with a donut!

ham or ham sandwiches with a good cup of coffee is good, not as good as the donuts, but more filling.

I can't imagine coffee with him, but I am sure if that is someones drink of chose with his or her meals, it is good to that person. I have a friend who drinks milk with pizza and everyone else think that is weird, but she likes it.
