today at lunch at school...i ate 4 strips of spicy chiken..the chicken is crunchy...eat strip was about 4-5 inches long...about how many calories do u think it was?...just at estimate..

About 100-150 calories per strip, if it was deep fried (and I assume it was). If you used dipping sauce, that will add alot more. One little tub of honey mustard sauce at McDonalds has 120 calories. Ranch, the same.

i would say around 350-400..... 4-5 inches is pretty long! :)

crunchy means more calories!

Why are you counting calories while still eating school lunch? You should be more concerned about getting proper nutrition while growing......
