Take some flour tortillas (better if you get the flavored kind), mix a little minced garlic or garlic powder into some mayo and some salt and pepper if you wish, spread this on the tortilla. Take a couple of slices of turkey breast or ham and put them on the tortilla, add some lettuce and sliced carrots on top of the turkey. If you wish, add some drops of hot sauce (whichever brand you prefer), then roll the whole thing up.
As a variation, you can add some cheese and heat it up before adding the veggies.
Quick and healthy (not to mention ingredients you may probably have lying around the house)... enjoy!

Crab meat and Avocado Salad.
Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop out the avocado trying to keep it in one piece if possible (I have found using a pairing knife along the outside edge helps. Just be careful not to cut through the outer shin.
Cut the avocado meat into small pieces about the size of a scrabble letter chip. Place in bowl and pour some lemon or lime juice over the pieces.
Open a can of crab meat ( about $9.99) at Costco and place in a separate bowl. Season to taste with Salt, Pepper and any seafood seasoning that you like.
Add some poppy seeds, chopped onion and mayonnaise. Then add the avocado with the juice to the mixture..
Poor combined ingredients into avocado shells, garnish with some fresh parsley and serve.
Enjoy!

I like to eat a chicken salad, where I mix Romain lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, red cabbage, and mushrooms together. Then I grill a chicken breast on the barbecue grill, or even the George Foreman grill. When cooked medium well, I remove off of the grill and slice it up. Put on top off my salad and pour any vinaigrette on top. Put a few bread crumbs, or a little cheese on top, it's up to you. And enjoy!
