about how many calories? just at estimate?

today at lunch at school...i ate 4 strips of spicy chiken..the chicken is crunchy...eat strip was about 3-5 inches long..i also dont think our school has deep friers..so i think they use big ovens..**can ovens make chicken really crunchy?**.about how many calories do u think it was?...just at estimate

also-- the spicy (hot sause) is lik in the chicken...in between the chicken and the crunchy..lol
