i go training (in karate) tuesdays and thursdays from 7pm - 9pm and also exercise at home, again usually from 7pm till about 8.30 two to three times a week. I then shower and cook, so i often don't finish eating till 9.30. This makes it hard for me to get a good night's sleep, but i feel that i need to eat to replenish my energy and get some proteins and vitamins in to help repair any strains. Would i be better eating a large meal at work around 3pm instead or is there a better type of food to be more easily digestable but still stop me from getting hungry in the night, as at the moment i unually eat a baked potato with some tuna and veg or some pasta with chicken.

inverted bowl on the bottom so that when you remove them from the dishwasher there's a pool of water there? Why aren't they flat? I'm hoping there is a good reason for this annoyance.

Who remembers Club Bars, the mini chocolate snacks that used to be availiable in different varieties (mint, orange, berry etc.). I used to like those. BUT I haven't seen them in shops or advertised for ages.

I'm guessing they're not in production anymore...but why???

I have a simple question about a specific type of candy...what flavor are Swedish Fish? I can't quite tell..they seem to be a muddled compilation of fruity goodness. So, does anyone know?

I'm not speaking of those low carb dieters, just the average american person. I'd think most breakfasts consist of things like orange juice, toast, or a bagel, potatoes, etc.....I'm just curious..what do you think? Thanks a lot!
