Two little round flat breads made by a Turkish bakery,Cut open,put cream butter on both sides.One them is covered with very thin slices of Feurika:a garlic sausage, that also has very hot peppers in it..The other one covered with many thin slices of smoked ham,covered with a very hot sauce from Suriname.A cup of southAfrican tea and a pair.

I'm going to drink a big mug of coffee. Once I'm alert enough, I'll open the fridge and put together an amazing concoction. Maybe I'll have a tomato avocado sandwich with bacon and mayo on toasted wheat, that sounds good.

Nothing. Does that count? I'm going to an early dinner to say farewell to a work friend so I'm sure I'll semi-pig out and want to watch the calories all day. But if I were eating, I'd be in the mood for a chicken salad with cucumbers, red pepper, non-fat cheese, and other goodies. Enjoy your salad!!!

I'm having a left over fried chicken breast for lunch with a soda. Maybe I'll stop by my office cafeteria for some mashed-taters! LOL! Hope everyone else enjoys their lunch today. I know I'll be hungry again by the time I get home from work. YIKES!

Pork loin and rice with soy sauce made on a george forman grill. Add a mountain dew for refreshment and some fiber pills because my stomach is a piece of crap.
