NO, they are expressly forbidden to talk to each other, would lead to fornication with the same type of Twinkies, so says Reverend Cupcake. AND they are only allowed to talk to other Twinkies that are of the same color, if they are caught co-mingling with say the Ho Ho's there will be hell to pay.

EDIT: Boy is my face red, I thought you said TWINKIES but you said Twix. A whole different sector of the snacks society, and yes they do talk to each other as they live in a free society and are free to mingle with whomever they choose. Their social customs and mores are much different than the oppressed snack cake division. The snack cake division "discovered" a new messiah about 2000 years ago and they haven't been the same since. The Twix society has a strong science community therefore they progress.
