If you mean how much does a baker earn, then that would depend on level of experience. And possibly were their place their employment would be, such as a small high street bakery isn't going to pay as much as a high class hotel would pay their baker. The job centre website if your in the UK might give you an idea.

In California, working in a "normal" bakery will probably get you $13-$15 an hour. Now, if you're baking for an upscale restaurant, maybe up to $20 an hour.
