I think you have put it in a good category, as you can change a lot by changing your diet. A healthy, balanced diet, can make you feel less tired, boost your energy levels and your mood. Maybe you are feeling tired and frustrated because we are approaching winter. There is even food that can help this. Try sport to help with the boredom and you will be on the way to become a happy, active, healthy person!

Have a child. Then you'll only be tired and frustrated LOL!

For the category, maybe Society and Culture/Other? Or Health/Mental?

Someone told me once that when you're feeling that way to HALT and check the spelling - H=are you Hungry? A=Angry? L=Lonely? T=Tired? And then fix whatever the answer is. Yeah, you're right, it is pretty hokey LOL, but many times I was just hungry and a quick snack fixed everything!

Mental health, start with the basics, your physical well being. Drink green tea, and do something positive with the energy it gives you. Eat three to four healthy meals a day, and get some exercise. Think about your dreams, hobbies, interests, and do something special for yourself. If your really down, consider getting medication to affect the amount of serotonin in your brain. Remember that life has ups and downs, and things will get better. The down time will make you stronger and help you appreciate it more when life gets better.

Yet, consider, the reason WHY you are tired, bored and
frustrated??

What are you doing with your life? are you in a problem area?
is the job going well? do you need different friends? etc.

Do an inventory of yourself. See if you need some changes.

Might help the frustration!!

Go see a movie. How about that new Martin Scorsese movie "The Departed"? It is suppose to be a knock-out. That'll get your mind off of your boredom. When you get out of the movie, go to a big bookstore that offers books and CD's and browse, browse, browse. What would be cool is if you went with a friend or ran into one at the movie or bookstore. Man (or Woman) can't live by Yahoo Questions and Answers alone!!!

Go out and do something for someone else. Call your mother or something. Make someone's day with thoughtfulness. Doing good make more good out there. (Even if your mood doesn't improve, the net effect on the planet is positive.) Walk the dog, pet the cat, clean your room...

sometimes when i get that way,,,i usually take all my clothes off and cover my body with peanut butter and post it notes and go for a walk around the blocke
