No. Lemon adds flavor and the citric acid helps your body establish ketosis (I may have misspelled that) which is the state in which your body burns calories.

OMG!!!!!
Putting lemon on something gives it a lemon flavor. It doesn't reduce calories and it doesn't help you to lose weight. Do you think if you soaked a Hershey bar in lemon over night it would be healthy by morning? Think about that question!

I don't know, but I wouldn't bet money on this. Just think about it. Lemon juice makes the calories in something else reduced? This sounds very illogical to me.

No, it doesn't, unless you are substituting lemon in a recipe for something that has calories (which I'm not sure would work...)

i heard if you put lemon in water it helps you loose weight. i havent tried it though
