I want to make Dwoenjang-jjigye (soy bean paste stew??). And I guess I need to buy soy bean paste. But I really don't know which soy bean paste I want to get. Does anybody know which brand or what kind of Korean miso is good?

That is sort of dark pink thing wrapped inside and when you chew it is really chewie and sort of sticky.
Is it Pate (goose liver)? Would they ever put this?

I saw some clay cooking vessels at the Asian store, but they were painted (and fired) on the inside. I think that defeats the purpose.

this is a kinda dumb question.....
aiight well, if i eat a sandwhich with two falafel balls in a whole wheat pita, some hummus, and tomatoes how many calories/carbs/fat/etc are in that? and how many calories/carbs/fat/etc would there be for one with 4 balls of falafel, a little tahini sauce, tomatoes, some hummus, all in a whole wheat pita? thanks♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
