You are just sick along with your teacher, both of you need to visit a psychologist.

I read a book once about this( actually think it was an excerpt in Readers Digest) can't remember the author but he was a missionary on some pacific island where they had practised cannabilism until the early 1900's and when he was there, in the fifties, there were older people who still remembered what it tasted like and they said it was like tough dark pork .This is the part that really stayed with me though, they told him there was a pecking order as to who got what piece of meat i.e.what part of the body. The lowest ranking members of the tribe and the younger kids got the soles of the feet and the backs of the thigh because they were the toughest and the buttocks cos they were mostly fatty. The most high ranking elders or honoured guests got the cheeks and the palms of the hand cos they were the most tender and had the most taste. This fascinated me so much that I never fogot it and mentioned it one night to a friends brother in the pub as he was a doctor and he said that it made perfect sense as the toughness of any meat as he understood it was related to muscle use , as in the more an animal uses a muscle , the tougher that part of the animal is and this tallied with what the missionary had been told.

I do not eat human, but i had to read a scientific study for science once, so i do know the answer...

...in reality human would probably not taste like pork, it would have it's own individual taste, and more than likely be VERY tough.
But the texture of human flesh is very much like that of a pig, so it would be a sound assumption that human would, in fact, cook with a layer of hard, fatty meat on the outerlayer, and a meaty layer within...

*yuck*

Never having tried human flesh, I don't know, but I've heard it said that it tastes like pork. Gammon is salted and cured, so that's unlikely.

I hope your science teacher was just speculating. But if you are not sure about him, I would report him to the authorities as soon as possible. Some people have been known to do some wierd things, even in the Western society. I am a bit worried. Has anyone in your town gone missing?

I hear it tastes of Pork, I suppose different parts taste different. Like a pig. I do know that the last actual cannibals from Papua New-Guinnea used to call their enemies 'Long Pigs' because they tasted like pigs but were much thinner!!!!

Read the account of Albert Fish at crimelibrary.com He was a convicted child molester from the 20's. His confession reads like a cook book, very graphic.
