Food & Drink - 1 September 2007

I'm a vegetarian, so I don't eat any kind of animal, and I have food allergies to ALL nuts and peanuts. What are some good food choices for protein in my diet (please est. how many grams) or what would be a good protein supplement (that wont make me nauseated) to mix in drinks etc.???

I've froze 90 stuffed peppers. I've given away bags and bags of peppers. I try to use them in all of my cooking. But I still have 40 pepper plants all of which are still producing like crazy. (Don't ask why I have 40- it's a long story)! I need to find recipes that call for ALOT of peppers...any suggestions??
