On a side note what is the diff between Jelly and or Jams?

Jelly is made with the just the juice of the fruit, but jam contains juice and fruit chunks.

YOU DONT NEED ANYTHING SPECIAL. BUT A THERMOMETER HELPS. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JAM AND JELLY IS THE JELLY HAS HAD THE FRUIT STRAINED OFF.

no i don't think so just swash the fruit , put it in a jar and then put the jar in the fridge easy
