My ex-boyfriend's grandma use to always make them. I think she like swirled the jello through the cake like you would a marble cake, but that's about all I remember about it, and that it tastes awesome. I think it was strawberry jello that she used, something red.

We haven't used aluminum cookware for years. I have now thrown away all anti-perspirants, too. Aluminum is implicated as a cause of many diseases, including dementia. But why is aluminum foil still in use, even on the barbeque grill??? Is there an alternative?

I have just been approached by a good friend of mine who farms sheep for wool, he has around 350 - 400 at any one time. he was recently accosted, quite violently, by two persons stating they were vegans, and that sheep should not be used in this way.

As the wool is clipped during the hot weather to prevent the animal from dying from heatstroke, why can't the waste material be used?

Or shall we let them die?

few years ago I think I watched a documentary about Afganistan and they mentioned their food. mmmm everything looked so good!!!! I remember that its traditional to eat with right hand and their bread was thin, almost like a pancake and it looked like a pancake. well I cant remember well, but I'm sure it was something like this. My 8 year old son will only eat sweets of any kind, chiken nuggets, pizza without the cheese, peanut butter sandwiches, waffles and pancakes (there may be a few other foods but they do not come to mind). When I can occasionally convince him that a particular food is tasty, he will happily try it, but will almost certainly gag. The mere sight on an open can of chunk light tuna has made him gag. He is very sensitive to drops of water on his eating utensils and specs of food on the food he intends to eat. He seems very happy, healthy and well adjusted in other respects. What can I do? The problem may be getting worse.

I used to eat it all the time in Va as kid, they only sell butter pecan in Ga. I haven't had it in decades and would love to have recipe to make at home, also I have found recipes for almond ice cream but not sure if it's the same.
