I would guess 5-7 days. They are pretty hardy.

A day at the most, their texture changes a bit when refrigerated, so unless you don't mind mushy potato salad, the less time, the better.

After 3 days get rid of anything.If the jackets are on them,and they haven't turned color on you.Don't wait,make it now and enjoy with your BBQ..Happy 4th.....................
