the woman ~ sam was asking if it would be ok to leave her batter in the frig. for 3 days. this is how she was answered by saying she could have the muffin recipe if she e~mailed her. thank you so much! i would love it!

I used to eat these wonderful fluffy yeast doughnuts from the bakery when I was a kid. But I'll settle for any good recipe. When I make doughnuts they seem like some greasy oblong doughy mess and I can't figure out why. I bake a lot and my cookies, pies and cakes turn out wonderfully. But these simple doughnuts I can't get right! Help! Thanks

Alright, my son, whose 13, was talking to me about something very important. He really liked this girl at his school, and ask me if he can go out with him. First of all, I thought this was dumb and stupid and that he was way to small. He told me that all of his friends had girls and he was left out. i'm a vegerterian and even though i'm in the gym everyday i can't find myself to loose weight i think i know why becuase i live on carbs i eat bread at every meal- any suggestions on what i can eat to cut on carbs and still remain a vegeterian... i eat no chicken.. seafood.. meat.. just cheese milk bread and egg.. stuff like that.. please help!

A friend of friend is a truffle hunter and we ended up with 3 wild white truffles... the problem is, I've never cooked with, seen or tasted them. They're supposed to taste like garlic? Anyway, I'm having my parents over for dinner tonight and I'm making stuffed peppers along with a bunch of other things. I thought maybe I could grate them into my pepper stuffing? Does that sound good? Any ideas or advice? Thanks!

I can't drink beer bc it's gross and i like smirnoffs but they are so sugary i get full before i get a buzz. Anyone know of a good drink that is cheap that i can make at home that tastes good? Amaretto sours are my fave but can't drink too much of that either! My liquor of choice ixs vodka so preferably anything that is good with vodka?

I have 2 groups of friends, one is a smaller, about 12 people group from my church. The other is a larger... eh, maybe 30 people from my school that I go to. I'm already sort of self-conscious of my small home... My birthday is in September, so I am thinking about holding it outside... I don't know whether to invite the other group of people (maybe it'd be too much work???), from church, they are really extremely my friends.... but I'm worried. I already have trouble keeping 15 girls entertained. And I don't know how well the 2 groups would clash together... Please help. Thank you

PS Possible ideas are:

-breakfast party (still w/ cake!!!) BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO... IDEAS NEEDED!!!
-pink and black/80's party (every one wears 80's attire, inc. hair, have choc. cupcakes w/ pink frosting, pink lemonade in black cups, streamers, etc,etc) NEED ACTIVITIES
-wig party (every one wears a wig.. awards..NEED MORE IDEAS!)
